Why people go to work
Earning a lawful money for the sake of Allah should be the only reason why people work. That is a form of worship rewarded by Allah. Getting paid without working brings no reward.
Buy tasks instead of attendance
Most companies “buy” time-at-work from their employees. Instead, they should “buy” completed tasks. Selling is traditionally well understood and loved. The new employment model is sales-based with a free-will exchange of defined results for defined compensation.
Contracts
Employees must fulfill their promises and stick to their contracts. Any company wants the employees to adhere to the contracts. One large work contract is difficult to apply to every task. Ideally there should be one umbrella relationship contract and many small temporary contracts for the tasks. One small contract per task. These contracts would be easy to monitor for completion. Contract means responsibility. Employees should know their exact responsibilities every time. That way they will complete tasks on time and with quality. Responsibility promotes safety and clean workplace.
Task Sales
Company should create a task marketplace. The marketplace will be like a private freelancing site. Employees would be able to view and select tasks daily. Each task has a description, a deadline, a price, and some other attributes.
Employees of the company may choose any task they like. They may work 24 hours a day or a couple of hours week.
Daily Compensation
Company should pay daily for each completed task. That increases motivation and provides a better picture of the project cost.

Only those who really want to work will apply and take tasks.
The bigger numbers of people working for the sake of Allah will bring more blessings and a cumulative success to the company.
The company will deliver more social responsibility by employing the most religious people.

The indigenous culture of commerce will be rewarded and supported.
No salaries will be wasted. The company will only pay for actual completed tasks.

Tasks and completion criteria will be easier to understand.
